Project Team "Essbares Saarland"
The Patton Stiftung: Sustainable Trust supports and initiates Urban Gardening projects in order to set an example of sustainability.
We provide information sessions on Urban Gardening projects (eg with Kate Baird, USA), initiate fruit and vegetable garden projects in kindergartens and schools, accompany the emergence of a herb garden on a medieval model in the garden of the Saarbrücken castle and the project group "Essbares Saarland" and support sustainability initiatives in different European countries.
Furthermore, a model of a mobile garden is planned in the courtyard of our foundation rooms in Saarbrücken.
